Copyright - where do you stand

The subject of copyright is a legal minefield where a false step could literally cost you an 'arm and a leg'.

However a work is created; even a simple snapshot, it is owned by it's creator.

All of the contents of this web site belong to me, including photo's in the resource gallery (unless stated otherwise), and may not be copied or distributed in any way without permission from the copyright holder. Artists and authors spend many hours bringing you their works and they are not happy when it is distributed without profit to them. You would not be too happy if your boss decided not to pay you this week.

I will prosecute if you try to steal my work, you have been warned :)
